What is the Reflect Well Program?

Reflect Well is a Private and Tailored- Reflective Practice E-Collaboration for Wellbeing in a Team: Context and Individual Fit based on needs of the group and sector.

Dr Hadges tailors and facilitates the successful Reflect Well E-collaboration program to support people in workplace wellbeing dialogue and peer support.

This program:

  • Reflects on needs to Promote Safety in the team and context of work

  • Promotes Calm & Connectedness

  • Promotes Self-Efficacy and Problem Solving in the Team

  • Incorporated Psychological First Aid – Referral pathways if required

These reflective practice e-collaborations are utilised by workforce sectors including:

  • Reflect Well for HAWKC’s (Primary and Secondary School Education Health and Mental Health and Wellbeing Teams)

  • Reflect Well in Clinical Practice (Interprofessional Health Teams)

  • Reflect Well Vet (Co-facilitated with Veterinary staff for reflective practice in caring for pet owners as well as their pets)

  • Reflective Practice Supervision & Consultancy for Business

Who is the Reflect Well Program for?

Reflect Well Investment

We offer custom packages, each tailored for context and group needs. Here are 3 options with an overview of approximate costs.

  • Between $300-500 for 60, 75 or 90 minutes.

  • Monthly / bi-monthly ongoing Reflect Well group session. Between $200-450 depending on the number of participants.

  • Quoted individually based on needs, co-facilitator costs and sector context.
